Development Services Database (BUR)
a PARP programme for SMEs
- For micro, small and medium-sized companies (including sole traders) and their employees.
- Funding usually covers 50% to 80% of the course price, more in some programmes — depending on the region.
- The participant's company applies to the operator in its region before signing up for the course.
- Our funded courses are listed in BUR under the OCX Hexis name.
National Training Fund (KFS)
money from the district labour office
- For employers who want to train themselves or their staff.
- Applications go to the district labour office during announced calls.
- Since 2026, KFS can only fund courses listed in the Development Services Database — ours are.
Private training
no BUR, no applications
- For anyone — regardless of employment or business type.
- We set the date without waiting for a call or funding decision.
- The same programme, Hexis materials and certificate.
Rules, limits and call dates differ between regions and offices — before you sign up, we will check with you which source you can use.
A partner handles the paperwork for you
The hardest part of funding is not the learning but the formalities. That is why applications and settlement are handled by a specialised partner company we work with.
Talk and choose a course
We agree what you want to learn and whether the course should be funded or private.
Funding application
We put you in touch with our partner company, which prepares and submits the application for you and tells you which documents are needed.
Training in the studio
We train you hands-on in our studio in Zielona Góra, on Hexis films — materials included.
Certificate and settlement
After the course you receive a certificate, and the partner company settles the funding.
