When to remove the film

The film is worn
It yellows, goes dull, cracks or lifts at the edges. The longer it stays on the car, the harder it is to remove.

Before a sale, the end of a lease or the return of a company car, we restore the factory look of the bodywork.

How we remove the film
Inspection and quote
We assess the type of film, its condition and the area to be removed. You get the price before we start.
Removing the film
We warm the film and peel it off slowly at the right angle so as not to damage the paint.
Removing adhesive residue
We clean any adhesive residue off the bodywork with paint-safe products.
Collection or next steps
You collect the car with clean paintwork, or we book a paint correction, ceramic coating, new PPF film or colour change straight away.

Frequently asked questions
Can removing the film damage the paint?
On sound factory paint, film comes off without damage if it is removed slowly and with heat. The risk is higher on paint that has been repaired before, so we inspect the car first and tell you what to expect.
How long does wrap removal take?
It depends on the type of film, its age and the area – removing a single part is different from removing a full body wrap. We give you the exact time after the inspection.
Do you remove film applied by another studio?
Yes. We remove PPF film, colour change wraps and graphics regardless of who applied them.
How much does wrap removal cost?
We price each job individually – it depends on the type and condition of the film and whether we remove it from the whole car or selected parts. The quote is free: message us on WhatsApp or use the form.
What should I do with the paint after removal?
Paint that was under the film can be dull or differ in shade from areas that were not wrapped. We can carry out a paint correction, apply a ceramic coating or new PPF film straight away.
After the film comes off, it is worth refreshing and protecting the paint. We can do it straight away, in the same studio.
